Our Mission

We are committed to helping our clients grow into pathways and practices of liberation. With our extensive experience in creating liberatory strategies for leaders and organizations and our commitment to justice, we are dedicated to providing compassionate consultation, culturally competent guidance, and innovative solutions that align with social justice and inclusivity principles. By empowering leaders and organizations to cultivate deep-rooted change, we strive for a lasting impact and aim to benefit future generations

Our Approach
  • We aim to bring ancient, Indigenous, and Black practices, strategies, and wisdom of liberation to our partnerships.

  • We aim to foster liberation through the visions and memories of our ancestors to restore balance within our bodies, our organizations, our movements, and our worlds.

  • We aim to heal our lineages by honoring the knowledges and wisdom of our communities and by harnessing the brilliance that lives within our knowledge bank.
